I refer to our telephone conversation and confirm that all the work you scheduled has been completed. Whilst writing, I would like to thank you for the very professional manner in which you handled the claim for me; your selection of staff, who not only completed their allocated tasks, but did so in an exemplary manner, including, I am pleased to say, prompt arrivals and clearing up when they had concluded their work. You know that when we first met my insurers had said that I was not covered for the damage within the terms of my policy, thanks to you they quickly converted to recognising their liabilities!
